This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit our websites, create an Account, subscribe to or use MNGRS, contact us or consent to receive communications.

• identity and contact data, including name, email address, mobile number, country and preferred language;
• Account data, including credentials, settings and Subscription status;
• artist and professional profile data, including biography, objectives, releases, audience, projects and questionnaire responses;
• User Content, including text, images, audio, documents, prompts, instructions and other Inputs;
• transaction data, including plan, amount, billing status and invoice details; complete card data is processed by payment providers and is not stored by MNGRS;
• usage and technical data, including IP address, device, browser, operating system, logs and feature usage;
• cookie and analytics data;
• communication and consent records, including SMS opt-in evidence and opt-out requests.

• provide and personalize the MNGRS Service;

When a User uses AI Services, Inputs may be processed to generate the requested Output. Depending on the feature, this may include artist profile information, prompts, text, audio, images or documents.

MNGRS may use contracted AI, cloud and infrastructure providers to deliver these features.

MNGRS does not use private audio or image files to train general-purpose AI models unless the User has separately and expressly agreed.

If you expressly opt in through the separate optional checkbox displayed during registration, MNGRS may send recurring SMS messages concerning:

• Account activation and onboarding;
• Account notifications and reminders;
• reminders to complete or activate an MNGRS Subscription;
• your music manager and personalized action plan;
• service updates, new features and information concerning MNGRS products and services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an Account, purchasing a Subscription or using MNGRS.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records and mobile opt-in data are used solely to operate the MNGRS messaging program.

We do not sell, rent, share, transfer or disclose mobile information or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers acting on behalf of MNGRS may process mobile information only where necessary to deliver and operate the SMS service. They are not permitted to use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use trusted service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, security, payment processing, AI processing, analytics, customer support, email and SMS delivery.

These providers may process personal data only for the services they provide to MNGRS and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Some service providers may process personal data outside your country. Where required, MNGRS uses appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain the Account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

When data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized or securely archived where a legal obligation requires continued retention.

MNGRS may use necessary cookies for authentication, security and core functionality. Where required, analytics or other non-essential cookies are used only after consent.
